We bought a used van. They gave us a bit of a runaround when we tried to set up a loan on our own through our credit union. We eventually just went with theirs to avoid the headache. Our sales guy was friendly enough, but you could tell it isn't this passion. The finance guy was very convincing in getting us to buy a warranty we really didn't want, but time will tell if it was a bad choice or not. They have a slick operation, but it is all for their benefit and their customers will pay top dollar. The van is nice enough. I hope it turns out to be a good vehicle. The gave even less than I expected for our trade-in, even considering how old and high mileage it was. I probably will think twice before shopping for a car at auto nation again.

Buying a car at AutoNation Honda was very simple. I first found the car I wanted on their website and inquired about it by email. I quickly received a response and was able to make an appointment to see the car. The salesman was very friendly and helpful. I was given all the information I needed about the car. I especially enjoyed not haggling over the price and I did not feel as though I had paid too much. The whole process took just a little over an hour. I'm very happy with the car.

I don't recommend this place for basic service unless you're okay waiting a long time. I had an appointment for 10 am and I waited 25 minutes before actually being seen by my service advisor. He was dealing with another customer who was being difficult and taking awhile so I wouldn't necessarily say it was his fault but it was still annoying considering there were several other service advisors who were available but I wasn't "assigned" to them. About an hour after they took the car back for an oil change they came back and said the battery voltage was low and they wanted to run a test on it. They also said that I needed a transmission fluid change. I agreed to both. It was another hour and half after that before they were done with everything. In total we were there for 3 hours and just had an oil change, transmission fluid flush, and battery check. That just seems unreasonably long, especially considering I had an appointment. The only reason I came to the dealership for an oil change was because I was hoping they would be able to tell me what services my car was due for based on the mileage and that they would have a history of what had been done to my vehicle in the past at other dealerships. My service advisor didn't have any such information so it seemed pointless to me to be at the dealership at that point. I could have gone to Jack Furriers or some other place and had an oil change in 40 minutes without an appointment but instead I waited 3 hours with an appointment. It was especially annoying considering this was the 3rd time over the past month I had tried to come to this dealership for an oil change and the first two times didn't work out because I arrived too close to closing or the wait time was 3 hours which I couldn't do. The coupon I had said an appointment wasn't required so I naively just showed up and didn't have success. This was why I scheduled the appointment a week in advance but still ended up waiting 3 hours before it was finished. I was given the oil change for free and only had to pay for the transmission flush so because of that I'm giving a 3 out of 5 stars rating. Without the discount I would have given a 1 or 2 out of 5. Also, 3 days after having service done my car wouldn't start after I got to work and I had to have it towed. It was discovered that a connection to the starter had come loose. The car didn't have any problems prior to Honda opening up the hood which makes me wonder if someone unknowingly hit the connection when messing with the battery. It could just be coincidental but it was running fine previously. I don't plan on coming back to this dealership for future service.

We are very happy with our new Honda CR-V and the service we received at AN Honda Tucson. Danny is our sales rep and she was great - no pressure, very knowledgeable and patient. The finance guy is great too. He did not pressure us and didn't oversell the optional warranties. We went with his recommendation and extended our warranty to 7 years. Having the ability to get our car serviced at any AutoNation is a bonus. We'll most likely cancel our AAA membership since AN provides the same service in their warranty which will save us hundreds over the course of the warranty. We are glad to have gone with the CR-V EX-L model which has lots of extras that are fun and very convenient. The smart door locks are one of our favs!

Stopped in on a whim, left driving a gently used 2013 Honda Odyssey Touring. I love it, just what I wanted! Great service, best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in the door I could tell they were sincere in helping me get what I wanted not just trying to make a sale. I highly recommend this dealership.
