03/05/18- Attempted multiple times to call Service Department with no answer. Called main number spoke with someone who took my info and stated someone would call beck. 

03/09/18 (Sat)-After no call back, called to speak with Service Mgr due to frustration with no call back and difficulty using On Line Service. Didn’t get Mgr, got Service Tech. He was very courteous, understood my frustration and had me take in on Monday morning. 

03/12/18 (M)- Towed in car, issue was problems with Smart Glass on my 2010 Challenger. 

03/16/18- Got car back, said problems was dead battery and feels that it was affecting the Smart Glass electronics. Cost $308 New Battery. 

03/21/18- Smart Glass still having problems, had to tow in due to battery drain. Dealer said charged battery but Alternator started to smoke. Personally not sure why Alternator didn’t get picked up on Electrical System check on 03/16/18.

New Alternator $718. 

03/24/18: Smart Glass repeating same original issue. Trying to get Service Tech this morning to take in.

The new car purchase was great. Process was easy, but dealing with their service department is difficult at best. During business hours the service department does not answer the phones and on 2 occasions in the last week voicemails left we’re not returned. If I didn’t pay for maintenance for life I’d use my shop, or maybe that’s what they are hoping for by providing poor “service”. All it’s making me do is think heavily about never buying from Jim Click (any) or having them do repair work in the future.

Good Customer Service from Sales, Parts, and Service! The deals they have helped me to purchase a new vehicle has made a Customer for life!

STARS... What a bunch of crooks... The salespeople put reviews here about themselves because they are that incompetent. Service does not answer the phone... EVER. John the service manager has the same if not worse  customer service skills than those of a 3 year old child. The way he talked to my wife was completely disgusting. Don't waste your time here, I just bought a brand new RAM 3500 from LARRY H MILLER DODGE!! They gave me what I owe'd on my Ram 1500 and got $16,500 OFF!!! Sorry Click, but you won't have my business... EVER

Connie Johnson's amazing customer service continues to bring me and lots of friends/family to Jim click! She truly has many traits that make her very pleasing to work with! Thanks Connie for making car buying a smooth stress free process.
