I've been a regular Fry's Electronics customer since they opened - and Incredible Universe before that. Great selection one stop shop. Prices aren't always the very best, but are usually fair/competitive. Location is good right off the freeway. They usually have a variety of everything you want and a whole lot of random things that you would never expect in an electronics store. Great place to shop for gifts for the entire family.

Went into buy a simple phone charger since I found cheap ones online and it said they had it in stock. Of course all the product you can find easily on shelves is 5x the price (for each the AC adapter and the cable). Employee in cell accessories dept said sometimes it shows in stock when it's not, so how about these other expensive ones. I showed him the specific one on Fry's website, and he said considering the brand, it should be in video/audio dept section. I go there, look around no to avail, ask, and an employee looks up the product to verify it is apparently in stock somewhere, motions me to an aisle, I look around to no avail. Another employee offers assistance, I show him what I'm looking for, he said it should be in the computers dept. I walk over there, there have been similar cables and adapters all over the store, but not the simple cheap one that I wanted. Each person apparently felt quite confined to their own dept and quick to dismiss the issue as another dept's issue. I guess this is typical retail these days advertising cheap prices online and then bait-n-switching once you're in store; seen Target do it too. Definitely use order-pickup if you need the product fast. Left empty-handed, aside from phone in-hand searching Amazon. Why 2-star? Eh, I'm sure they do something right.

I've been coming here since it was called Incredible Universe. When it became Fry's, it only got better. I can spend hours there without realizing it. Whether you want to build your own electronics or buy top brands at good prices, they probably have it. I'm always impressed by their selection. Everything from computer equipment, gaming, toys, movies, appliances, etc...

This place is massive. It's like Amazon in real life and you get to actually touch and see the product. I hope they survive the future cause they will have my business. Employees were plentiful and helpful. There was was literally an entire aisle for USB conversion cables. Really close to downtown and the highways so very convenient. Will go again.

It's the largest electronics store I have ever been to and you can always find the computer peripherals you might be looking for. My last visit was for a video card, and they have a good selection, whether for regular or gaming use. I've also purchased printers, RAM, televisions, video games, movies, a vacuum cleaner, and a host of things I couldn't remember if I tried. They have quite the selection of stuff.
