Clean store, well lit, lots of product.  Only down-side is options are spread across multiple departments and sometimes spread between multiple areas within the same department.  Easy to think they don't have something  only to find out it is in a different section of the store or two aisles over.

Best part though, is the secret guardian who lives in the engine busting through the front wall over the entrance/exit doors.  If you go at the right time, dusk and early evening, you'll have a chance to spot the really cool resident.  You'll know it when you see it.  Good luck!

Like Radio Shack and Best Buy combined and then on steroids. A tech lover's paradise. They have almost everything you can need, from software to parts to appliances to comics to a restaurant. Customer service is okay and return policy is famously strict, and if you apply for a rebate you really have to read the fine print and submit on time. Otherwise a good store that at times has some very good deals.

The concept makes lot of sense. Store is spacious, clean but this is where the pleasure of shopping here ends.
Merchandise is spread all over the store in various categories. Staff cant even keep up with location of items you are looking for. Sadly you will not find what you are looking for even if it is in the store. 
In summary, a very frustrating experience. What would really change the whole experience is a controlled inventory system. Search app, could tell you which department, shelf and level.

I, unfortunately, have spent more money than I care to admit to here. Fry's in general has great deals, especially with the promo codes, and the full blown computer systems I have constructed from this store attest to that. So, what this means is that Fry's has a great selection of stuff and this store is no slouch in that regard. However, good luck finding staff, and when you do, they are probably helping someone else. They need a another handful of associates here

I love this place. I can spend hours there without realizing it. Whether you want to build your own electronics or buy top brands at good prices, they probably have it. I'm always impressed by their selection. Everything from computer equipment, gaming, toys, movies, appliances, etc...
