I have ordered from this place many times and never had an issue not until up to a couple of months ago. I always order the same thing which is General Tso's Chicken spicy and fried HARD(crispy). The first time they delivered it soft and quite slimy so I had to drive to the place so they could correct my order. No apology or nothing. I then decided to give them another chance and it happens again. When I called back to let them know that I would be bringing the food back to them for a FULL REFUND she told me that the driver would come back and get the food and that she would cancel my order. I asked the driver several times what proof that I could get to make sure I'm not charged. He simply shrugged his shoulders. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Ordered kung pao chicken received Kung Pao celery

Received my order as takeout got home and found the takeout container for the main dish was filled with celery and Kung Pao sauce

The main dish literally had three very very small bites Chicken in it and the rest was about 1 pint of celery

Always fast, the food is good, big portions, have never ever had an issue and i have been here probably 100 times!

We love this place we have never had a problem, the food is good and always ready fast. Plus it's a large amount of food for a good price and close to home.
