I work in a medical practice on the South side and our caterings are ordered from Rudino's very frequently. I love their food and so decided not to miss a chance going to their restaurant when I was in the Short pump area. I tried the Steak grinder and just loved it with a huge quantity of meat. A lady came to us and introduced herself as the new owner. She was very attentive and very nice. I will definitely go back to this place again. All my friends loved this place. I however, want to clarify that you might find their pizza expensive, if you are expecting a Run-of-the-mill cheap pizza.

I am new to Richmond and received Rudinos coupons from Town Hall Guide on moving here and so tried it out yesterday as its close to the place I have rented. Due to my ongoing unpacking going on, I arrived at the restaurant late at around 8:50 pm and even though they close at 9:00 pm ,they were gracious enough and did not hurry me into ordering something. I ordered a Meat monster pizza and it was just awesome. They had a wings night going on and so the wings were really tasty and were just 50cents per wing. I definitely paid somewhat more than I would pay at a Papa John's but again, this is not a Papa John's or Pizza hut but it was all worth it.

Awesome service. This place has a good old charm to it. Did I mention about the food ??? It was too good!! Loved the crispy beans and wings ( mango habanero and hot ). And the best part is u get everything baked without compromising on taste.

Ok first off, these recent reviews are really sketchy. Anyway... what happened to this place? Their grinders used to be delicious. Now the prices have gone up but the quality has gone down. The food just gets worse and worse each time I go. It seems like the staff just don't care anymore. The restaurant is always completely empty now, too, so I guess others have noticed. Get your sandwich elsewhere.

Amazing food. Great ambience. Welcoming and attentive staff. Fresh Food. Try it once and you will visit again for sure. Big Menu with good vegetarian options too. Loved the chipotle sauce in the Veggie grinder and the crispy green bean fries.
