Food was never delivered at night, I called an hour later and they specified the order was never received and that I should call back the next day and speak to the GM. I called back the next day to discuss the matter and I was essentially waived off with a "your food order will just refund because you never got it automatically" and that the money SHOULD be back within 1 or 2 days. I didn't expect much from calling, but honestly an apology would have been nice. I work at a pizza place and if a customer had a NON DELIVERED order I would have at least said I am sorry for the inconvenience.

I work at the T-Mobile Call Center located @ 100 WESTGATE PKWY
RICHMOND, VA 23233 this particular pizza hut doesn't deliver to my place of employment with no explanation of why. T-Mobile is a Billion Dollar Company.... this is totally unacceptable.

Never again.  This location's cooks are the worst.  Cold, barely cooked pizza with very sparse toppings.  Grocery store frozen pizza is much better than this garbage.  Go with Dominos!

I ordered carry out when picked up she was rude a lil racist n gave me 2 napkins for 2 pizzas and wings First off my chicken was still pink on the inside then I call ask for the manager she tells the associate that she'll make me more never got on the phone then I ask to speak with her tell her about it she's like o we can make u more and that's all we can offer then I ask for her manager she's say Jeanie I ask the last name she says o we just call her Jeanie lady stop it u ain't a manager for nothing never ever ever again will I eat here then says thanks for voicing your concern when I spoke about health issues due to raw Chicken Do Not eat here ever Olivia the manager is racist rude and unprofessional I give u a****** zero stars
