Gandhi Mahal Gandhi Mahal is a full-spice, Bangladeshi/Indian restaurant. My family comes from Bangladesh, and I am pleased to offer you dishes cooked from recipes that have survived in our family for many generations. Our mission is to provide high quality, healthy food that promotes a peaceful mind and experience in a soothing environment that includes live music (Sitar, Tabla, and more) Fri-Sun evenings.

Very bad food! The menu was very limited and everything tasted just plain bland! I think it caters to mainly Americans and definitely not worth it for Indians who actually know the real taste of Indian dishes. There are way better Indian restaurants which serve more authentic Indian food. Definitely not going back again.

We had a wonderful experience going for the lunch buffet. Everything was freshly prepared, and constantly refreshed. A lovely man came around with fresh naan as it was prepared. Every dish was labeled for dairy and gluten contents as well. And the spice and flavors were perfectly balanced. All for an awesome price.

We love Indian food and have tried more than a dozen Indian restaurants throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding metro. This is our go-to spot for their takeout and buffet. The food is fresh, flavorful and spicy (to your liking). Gandhi Mahal is serious about fresh ingredients and spice... that's why we keep coming back! Our favorite entree is the Chicken Jalfrezi. You won't regret ordering it.

We've eaten here a couple of times. Both times, the flavor of the food was fantastic. However, the second visit left me with bone fragments in my chicken makhani, which was extremely off-putting. We got take out at the end of a lunch shift, so I imagine I ended up with the remains of the chicken they'd prepared for the shift. We'll try it again, but I'm hoping the bone experience was a fluke.

Very tasty Indian food. We stopped for the lunch Buffet so we could try new things. It is not a large buffet, not like if you go to a Chinese one or anything like that. But the food they had was good. Tasty food. I liked the Chicken Marsala, alot. And if you like salty,spicey, sour things try the mixed pickle if they have it out. Really interesting.
