WOW! This place went above and beyond for us. On December 17, we had reservations for 8 at 5pm to make it to a 730 play. Unfortunately, our limo was over an hour late and we did not arrive at the restaurant until 6pm. (we let them know of course :) ) We were seated promptly upon our arrival. Our waitress was fantastic. We quickly ordered our food first and then drinks. We were able to get out of there by 7pm!!! That is just unheard of. She (and the restaurant) took amazing care of us. The one thing I want to point out is the cooking of one of the steaks, which came out too done twice! Albeit, it was ordered along side a well done steak, but still. Regardless of this steak debacle, this restaurant still deserves 5 stars since they really did a fantastic job with us. I so want to go back again!

I've been to the Oceanaire twice and both times have been good experiences. I would really only go for a special occasion because it's a fairly pricey. It's a great place if you feel like getting dressed up and having a fine dining experience. The seafood tastes really fresh. We got the oysters rockefeller as the appetizer and it was delicious. I ordered the walleye and it was great. Someone at my table ordered the surf and turf and I personally felt that it wasn't cooked very well, the outside of the steak had somewhat if a rubbery texture, though the flavor was good. I would recommend the baked Alaska dessert, it's a wonderful and whimsical way to end your meal. There are parking ramps around the restaurant, or you can do valet parking for 10$. Parking is not validated.

I like 112 Eatery and have been there a handful of times. To me, it's a classic for good food, service and a cozy environment. While it's still a solid choice for fine dining, it's been drown out by the surge of high end restaurants in the area. Definitely try the newer places, but don't forget about these guys too.

Amazing place. The customer service is just incredible. I had the swordfish and grilled shrimp which again was super. My best thing by far was the Brussels Sprouts. Best I have ever had. Expensive but worth every Penny

Always awesome!! The oysters are consistently shucked and cleaned perfectly. Service whether at bar or table is spot on, though Chuck is our fave the few times a year we hook for a table experience. Really, request him - you will not regret it, especially for a discussion occasion. Fish options and chef specialties rotate regularly and are well thought out and creative. We've NEVER had a poor experience when it comes to service and food. There was a weird one off with a new and not so bright FOH manager saying he had to go to another building to change channels (um no) during World Series games, but after 5 years of awesome, that guy isn't enough to make us not go back, especially since it's not a sports-centric place. Love Oceanaire, the staff, and the food!!
