Very helpful and friendly staff, while I was being fitted, they asked my wife if she liked the shoes we bought her two months ago.  She said she liked them but they squeaked.  After an examination and some attempts to remedy the squeak failed, they exchanged them for a new pair.  We both walked out with a new pair of shoes and a couple pairs of socks.  I don't know that I've ever been this comfortable in another pair of shoes.

We send many patients from our office to get further assistance in providing proper, affordable, over the counter foot wear. Patients always come back very pleased with the customer support and service they get. Their questions are always addressed and answered appropriately.

Excellent staff, with a good variety of shoe options. I went here after having developed pretty bad shin splints. Within 15 minutes I had been recommended to try a much different shoe than anticipated. I wasn't quite sure  but I took the advice provided. I am still running, but the shin pain is gone, and definitely in part to the sound advice, good care, and right shoe that were made available here. If you are active on your feet, I highly recommend you pay a visit. I think you'll be glad you did.

Staff is very knowledgeable about their products, they are extremely polite and accommodate you with so many different styles of shoes until you find the perfect fit for you. It was so much nicer than any of the big box stores where you really don't get much service. I will always return to Garry Gribbles for all of my running shoes.

Very friendly staff and not pushy at all on buying shoes. So far the running shoes they recommended have been very nice!
