The heels on my new Valentino booties were ruined. The heels got caught in a badly constructed wood floor. The leather was pushed up to the shaft and the heel caps were missing. He offered for them to be ready the next day by noon for $15. They look better than new! Thank you!

Fast, fair price for resoles and detailed attention when I had an issue with the straps. Bring cash or check only, does not accept plastic. Highly recommend this shop

Based on previous on-line reviews, I took a pair of shoes to this shop to have new heels/soles put on a pair of oxfords.  Looking at the shoes, this gentleman gave me a price for each.  His prices were reasonable and any other repairman would have talked me into doing both.  However, he said the soles were in good shape and suggested I replace only the heels.  He didn't have a heel that exactly matched the old heel on the shoes, and we talked about alternative solutions.   He suggested a firmer sole and said he could color it to match the sole.  I was sufficiently impressed that I told him to use his best judgment.  He told me the shoes would be ready in one hour.  When I picked the shoes up, he had replaced the heels but had not colored them.  They looked great.  I recommend this shop to all in need of shoe repair.
