Overall this is an easy place to work out, with great staff, good location, and amenities. Laid back atmospere with all types of people. 

I really wish they would be open 24/7, because sometimes Saturday and Sunday evenings would be a good time for me to work out, but they are closed.

Sometimes it takes them a while to get equipment fixed. 

I also wish they would take down one of the news channel TVs or Food Network, and instead put up the CW and NBC. Love that they have HGTV, I watch that all the time during my workouts.

I also like the massage beds and chairs, tanning beds, showers and locker rooms, and phone chargers.

Super clean. Great atmosphere. Not sure why they advertise 24 hours/5 days a week though. They close early Friday Saturday and Sunday. Only 24 hours/4 days a week.

The front desk personnel are shockingly inattentive and often rude.  Locker rooms are filthy and there's usually no hot water.  Just awful, amateur-hour service and amenities.

There are lots of different types of exercise machines as well as a locker rooms and stretching area. When you get done with your  workout there are coolers with protein drinks in case you forgot yours. You can Watch TV While Your running on the Treadmill.
