Awful experience. Was told they're $330 minimum and offered no way of testing them out. Read this on their website before I went down: "Try Them Out And Decide For Yourself With A Free, Personalized Fitting And Test Walk. You’ll be personally fit and then you’ll get to try them out.Take all the time you need to walk around the store and see what feels best and fits most comfortably in your shoes." 

This was absolutely not offered. I was told if I wanted them we'd do the fitting making it sound like if have to buy them.

I bought my 3 step system almost 2 years ago and could not be happier. My knees and hips feel so much better since I started wearing them. I thought I would try not wearing them to see the difference and wow I will not do that again. The staff is wonderful and oh so helpful. Best thing I have purchased for myself in years!!

Terrible product and customer service. Fitting was rushed and when insoles were picked up they didn't feel right, hurt my feet in fact. When I tried to explain how they felt I was told I was wrong and they couldn't do anything to correct the problem. No offer to make things right. They did offer to make another set of insoles, at my expense. I don't think so. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with ANY company. Im surprised this place is still in business. If I could give zero stars I would.

Hi my name is Joe Allman I purchased a pair of Good Feet inserts about 15 years ago. Will never take them out of my shoes. I am a true believer. Linda has set me up with a brand new pair of inserts and cushions. I am happy then ever.

Awful waste of money horrible service lady said when i bought them they r guaranteed to help my feet i couldnt walk with them they hurt worse 350 bucks none refundable went here 6 times b4 i could finally get some of the shoes that r a sad selection of dont waste ur time or money. I did find that on a different note therafit shoes work great my feet feel great. This store is a sad joke buyer be warned
