Bought a pair of Vans less then 3 months ago.  They completely blew out and since I don't have the receipt and the store won't look it up they won't do anything for me.  Went next door to buy new shoes with a lot better customer service than Vans.

I went into the store June 12th to make a purchase for my daughters birthday. As I went to make the purchase I had asked about the military discount after I had swiped my card. My mistake. I was told that the transaction was cancelled and that my money would be returned to my card. Today I checked and had to call, they did not cancel the transaction. The money was pulled the next day. The store can't or won't give me any information and now I have to wait until Monday when I can call the corporate office. The customer service has been terrible and now I am out of $100 until I can get this issue resolved. I will no longer shop at this vans location because the employees have not been helpful at all.

I recently went to this Vans store to purchase shoes as a gift for my son.  I was very lucky to have received assistance from Brock.  Unfortunately, the shoes I was looking for weren't in stores yet and Brock was very patient with me and made a huge effort to help me find an alternative.  In the end,  I decided to purchase a gift card.  I was surprised to learn Brock was fairly new to the store, his customer service was exceptional and he was very knowledgeable of the products he's selling.  I hope the store realizes what a wonderful asset Brock is!!

When ever I need vans I go to this store. The employees are friendly and I get my shoes out quick. I would recommend it to anyone.
