The staff here did not care about the guests at all, they were more focused on having their conversations and whining about when they were going to get off of work, we did not get a greeting or one staff member come and ask us if we needed help. I was not pleased with the customer service here at all. The selection was pretty limited for the size we were looking for, but I personally enjoyed rummaging thru the clearance racks. Skechers has some very stylish shoes and I am glad that we checked out the outlet stores before going to the mall and paying slightly more.  I recommend if you are looking for a specific style & size to give them a call and assure they have it before driving there and dealing with the non supportive staff.

The variety of shoes, depends on the day. This is an outlet store so I understand but it makes it really hard to shop. We tend to buy Skechers for the kids because a) they are cheaper than other shoes especially when you have to replace them constantly, and b) they do last a little bit longer than other brands. The bad part about this store is that it's a total hit or miss on sizes in stock for ALL the shoes. You end up settling for a style that you might like, not love. For kids it's not a big deal unless they get really picky and won't budge on a certain style (pointing the finger at you Twinkle Toes). The store is sometimes a mess but overall it can be worth it just to save money.

I have been wearing Skechers for years. Having this store close is awesome. Always clean, stocked, and friendly staff. Check out the rewards program!
