After shopping several websites, I received excellent service from Amy who gave me the best prices for the 2 headboards I needed for our guest room. She immediately returned my calls & delivery was quick & on time. Items were wrapped well & arrived in perfect condition. Delivery guys took them into our guest room & were very courteous & friendly. I will definitely shop here again!

I purchased dining room from Carolina Rustica for over 12k, after 13-14 weeks of waiting, finally was derived, with damaged table, broken glass of the curio, wrong items for the curio, and discoloration/wrong finishing of the chairs. This set was derived end of August 2017 and till now (December 2017) just promises from the company and Sun delivery, no action and no responsibility.
Highly not recommended, PLEASE BE CAREFUL

I tried both their local and 800 number and after almost 5 min on hold, it went to voicemail each time. I was the 1st and 2nd called each time before it went to voicemail.

We are very pleased with the Bradington Young sofa that we purchased through Carolina Rustica.  Our salesman, Fred, was very helpful and took care of all the details. I wouldn't buy any other brand of upholstered furniture.  I still have Bradington Young chairs that are 25 years old. I expected great quality and comfort, and I wasn't disappointed.  Our sofa was delivered in the promised time frame.  I found Carolina Rustica by looking for Bradington Young furniture online.  I would definitely shop with them again.

This company is a third party and has a clause in it's contract that absolves them of any responsiblity for a late delivery. Upon ordering I was told the order would take 5-7 weeks. It looks to be more like 10 weeks and no one from Carolina Rustica bothered to inform me.  

They also will not allow me to cancel the order not yet shipped to them. That says their supplier values their business less than CR values my business.
