I must say, this was my FIRST time leasing furniture and my experience with Greg was phenomenal! He explained everything to me regarding the finance process, was very knowledgeable of the products he had on hand and what he could order and how long it would take. He was able to give suggestions on quality bedroom suites and mattresses! I had no broken pieces, no chips, no damages whatsoever when my furniture reached my home, and I am ENJOYING my bed! I would recommend Atlantic Bedding & Furniture and will most definitely be back for another purchase! Thanks again!!

I love this place! I looked around charlotte trying to find an affordable place to get some new furniture for my apartment. I was able to find what I wanted.. the process was easy and simple and the customer service was excellent. I always recommend my friends and family to check this place out if they need some good affordable furniture.

Save yourself.. Don't Shop here!! We purchased a futon and some bedroom furniture and was told we had to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery. After waiting 3 full weeks for a call from them, I visited the store to pick up my furniture and was told that if I had not received a call my furniture had not came in yet. In the middle of week 6, I got a call saying some of my items had come in so I could pick them up but they were not sure when the rest would be ready. At the time waiting 2-3 weeks was acceptable to me because I was under the impression that the long wait was for deliveries being backed up. I didn't know I was waiting on the furniture to be delivered to the store from a supplier. The only reason I shopped there was because I saw the sign that advertised the store was moving so I was OK with the no refund signs posted all over the store and after seeing how well the store was hidden, I agreed that they should be trying to move to a more visible place. In my view, the store moving signs littering the community is nothing more than an advertising scheme. They may be moving but not anytime soon.

FIRST GOOGLE REVIEW HERE, and it isn't good!!! The only good thing I have to say about these people is that I feel like I got a decent price out of them for my couch and ottoman. Other than that... horrible experience!!!!! They were hours late on delivering my couch and we even paid an extra $90 delivery fee. I had to reschedule my entire day around them because of this. The worst part of it all is that it's been over a month and a half and I still haven't received a phone call about my ottoman that they had to order because they didn't have it in-stock. I took the initiative myself and called about it and it seems like nobody knows how to pick up the phone there. I finally got somebody on the line and they put me on hold for over 20 minutes and then hung up. Now they won't pick back up. This is unacceptable!!! Treat your customers with better care!!!

This place is fantastic!  The team is extremely professional and listens to customers to provide the best possible options for the absolute best price anyone will find.  The operations manager was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to take care of us.  I highly recommend visiting this location before stepping into any big box retailer!
