Hi I went to the store just to browse. Kerwin came and immediately showed me pieces that I fell in love with!! Kerwin or "K" was so easy to work with. He was personable and knew his way through the store. I love my furniture that I purchased. The pieces fit perfectly in my living room. Ashley offered multiple financing options, which was so beneficial. If your looking to buy go to Ashley in the university area and ask for Kerwin, he will see to it that you get the furniture you want!!!!

My recent shopping experience at the Ashley home store in university was exceptional. i went into the store after a bad experience in a different store. I was greeted warmly by a very nice and attentive sales person named Ricky Williams. He was able to help me find the perfect dinning set that will fit my space and by family's style. He was very knowledgeable on the products, describing the different styles available in the store making me feel like I know have a little education on furniture. Ricky was very patient and willing to answer all my questions about the items. He made me feel like I was making a purchase from a friend. I am confident that I have chosen a quality piece of furniture for a reasonable price.

I went in to purchase a sofa. I was looking for something particular. Bill showed me everything they had. I didn't feel pressure to buy anything I didn't need nor want. I agreed to pick up my sofa as the particular one wasn't available for delivery. The entire process was a breeze. So the staff members I came in contact with were so friendly. The store layout is great. When I do need new furniture again, this will be my first stop!

If you ever go to the Ashley Furniture off of McCullough ask for Ricky! When I first walked in I knew what I wanted and didn't see it it was a little disappointing so I was about to leave that's when I was approached by Ricky. He caught me and noticed that I was clearly focused on finding what it was that I was trying to find so when I explained it to him we went online and sure enough they didn't have it in the store. Ricky went out of his way to search for the item and found out that they had it in the warehouse. I was a little skeptical about buying it sight unseen because I had a bad experience with a different furniture place but he reassured me that even if I was to purchase it I would be perfectly okay. Ricky told me about the protection plan and how I was good up to 5 years which was definitely a selling point for me. Cost a little more but definitely worth it. He matched the online price from what was posted online and he even made me aware of their financing options and got me approved where I truly thought I was going to get denied. Ricky was extremely optimistic and he helped me see the positivity in the situation with running my credit. After I was APPROVED he made sure to let me know of all my options with in house financing. We chose my delivery date and told me the exact steps to follow to ensure that I didn't have to deal with any of the issues that I had with that previous company and to make my experience with Ashley Furniture Excellent. Ricky is the best! He will definitely be my Go To!

Had a great shopping experience with the Ricky Williams he was the gentleman who helped us out in selecting furniture we selected a sofa set and a bedroom set Ricky did a excellent job in explaining everything and also explaining what to do and how to respond and react to different situations that may arise. We would really like to thank Ricky for his efforts and his professionalism and we will would like to applaud Ricky Williams for the business that we did and he was very knowledgeable of his job we will return in the future to do business with Ricky thank you Mr. Williams for your help, have a great career with Ashley furniture.(02-27-2018). Awesome Customer Service..
