Spoke over the phone and was advised the best solution for getting the most out of my trade would be Craigslist. Glad to see a dealership offer the right choice instead of one that makes money at the expense of screwing someone.

Friendly service, nice enough people. The prices are a bit high but to be expected. The only reason I give 3 stars is because I had to leave work in Oxford to drive a loaner car back to the Davison location; they had sold it the day after I got it. They wanted it asap and didn't want to come get it. Disappointing but the service on my car was good, except they didn't replace my plate frame on the front like I asked them to.

The dealership had an overpriced 2008 Malibu on their website, like $2500 over book value. I called to ask about it, thinking it was a typo or something because it was the type of car I was looking for. I was asked to come in and the sales person can work that out with me. I come in and speak with the sales person, he speaks with his manager, he is told they had to put a lot of work into the vehicle so they chose that price. I left. I have no idea how they think that putting money into a car to make it run correctly somehow makes the car worth more than book value, but they wasted both of our time, this could have been handled with a phone call.

Me and my husband purschased a 2004 Chevy Avalanche from the used department we had Brice take care of us he was a very nice young man and he did a great job and took care of us and his manager did a great job helping and the nice man from
The finance department got us approved quick and easy we came in on Saturday and had to wait till Monday to finialze it but we got to take it for the weekend very nice and professional I don’t get the bad reviews for this place thanks so much Brice from me and my husband! we will be back for a new truck in a few years!
