The service here is like nothing else I've seen. Josh b or Steven is who you should ask for they answer any question and they make every customer feel like family.

I'm very upset with my first experience with LaFontaine. I am looking to buy a newer vehicle and I checked several different companies. I had enquired about a certain vehicle at the Fenton location. I received a call back from a very pleasant young lady Lindsey. She emailed me a list of vehicles that fit my needs and price range. The vehicle that I was interested in was in a different location. She told me that she would have her manager request the vehicle be brought to this location. So I set up a time to come look at the Toyota 4runner. I live 45 minutes away from the car lot. My husband and I drove to see the car and when we arrived we were told that they were not able to get the vehicle because it had been sold 4 days prior. No one contacted me to let me know. I will not be doing business with this company.

Went into the dealership looking for a truck. Anthony helped us find the right one! He was very helpful and friendly! Everyone at the dealership was nice, asking if we needed anything. Had a great experience, would come here again in the future!

Thought i had a vehicle...... then they call me telling me i have to bring it back that they will find me something else....... feel screwed on the price...... they do not negotiate at all...... nothing but problems and i spent 2 days there.... 6 hours each trip.......
