Such a great time. Hotel was wonderful! We had a two bedroom suite that had a beautiful view. The hotel is huge. Check in was crazy and a little disorganized, as in they couldn’t find our payment.l, which they eventually found. Other than that I would only make suggestions that might make the trip enjoyable to others. A little night life would be fun for those friends weekend getaways, it would also be nice to have designated adult time at the pool, it was way over crowded and dirty during the day. Kids were everywhere, even in hot tubs. At night they had kids movies playing in the pool area. The spa was wonderful, you are truly treated like a princess. My only recommendation for the spa, would to be to have two size robes for those who need a little bit more coverage.

Great restaurant! We didn't have reservations (I was told over the phone they were booked), but too a chance as a walk-in and we were seated right away! Food was delicious, but wish the portions were a bit larger. We had a waiter who was friendly and had a great sense of humor! Also, we appreciated that we were able to linger at the table until it was needed for a large party. Finished our date at the bar with attentive bartenders.

Recently stayed there for one night. We did arrive earlier than our check in time, but the girl at the front desk assured us that our room would be ready shortly. She had me write down my cell number, so they would call as soon as it available. I never got a phone call and we ended checking in at the regular time, which was fine, but we should have never been told we could check in earlier. The room was beautiful, although the heater,a/c vent was completely filled with dust. We decided to get a snack. I had soup and another friend had a salad. My soup arrived and more than half of it was spilled on the plate that the soup bowl was sitting on. The salad had one giant leaf and about 15 olives. My soup was definitely not worth the $10. We went to the biosphere pool. There weren't any chairs to leave your items because people camp out their and take over entire tables, even though they are only using one chair. There were NUMEROUS small children in the hot tub/jacuzzi. Some of them were jumping off the steps into it as if it was a pool. Definitely not relaxing. We went down the slide and noticed that the children were not waiting for the lifeguards signal to go ahead, they were also going down on their stomach, back, head first, two at a time. Very unsafe coming from someone who has a lifeguard for many years. When I checked out, since I checked out early, I was told I was going to be given a credit to my account. I have waited 3 days and checked my bank account to see that I charged the regular amount without the credit. I called and was hung up on 2x and put on hold for 47 minutes. I called using my house phone and was told my another staff member that they couldn't get through either and that I should call back. With the way things are going, I am sure I will not be seeing that credit.

Very expensive, but you don't come here for a cheap meal. The food was excellent. Portions we're a little smaller than expected, but still enough to feel full. I would definitely go more often if I could afford to.

Room (suite) was fabulous. The food was was expensive but excellent. Room service was very accommodating and nice. Biosphere was awesome. Definitely will be coming back!!
