Our sales woman was great..polite and no pressure.. we purchased a couch..loveseat and a king bed..complete.. Easy financing... Had trouble getting it delivered.. they claim to have next day delivery but told us it would take 6 days.. not happy with that at all.. So once again our sales woman Lora saved the day and arranged for next day delivery.. Great store...

We went looking for a sectional this weekend. Saturday we went looking around the store and found something we really liked but wanted to sleep on it. Next day decided we still wanted it. So we went in, told them what we wanted and they got us checked out pretty quickly. To top it all off, because it was in stock, it was delivered this morning (Monday). So less than 24 hours after we bought it. Plus we paid the extra for delivery and set up. So worth it! The guys pulled the truck up, got our old couch out, new sectional in and set up and were leaving within 15 minutes. Pleasant, quick, and efficient. Would totally recommend. We also got free mini glass bottles of Coke while shopping which was awesome

What ever you do, don't let your wife in with the credit card. This place has 30,000 sq ft of everything to make the inside of your house beautiful. Super friendly & helpful staff too. We'll worth the trip.

I bought and paid for a recliner 10 days ago and was told it would be 3 or 4 days before I could come pick it up. Well tomorrow is day 11 and still no recliner, I talked with them 2 days ago and was told Maybe it would be in later this week. The girls I talked with said that it was the manufacturers fault, but I have called 2 times and they should call Lazy-Boy and give me a day when it will be in. Not maybe 3 or 4 days or maybe later this week, I think maybe Grand should deliver it free for me because now I'm not sure if I can find someone to help me. This is not how you do business.
