The most fun experience I’ve had buying furniture. Fran gave us freedoms to look around without hovering over us, yet she was always available to answer questions and help us in any way. She had furniture moved around for us and never seemed like we were asking for too much. She was so cheerful and just a joy to work with!! I will always ask for Fran when I come back. Everyone at VFM was so nice!! Thank you for such a nice experience. You guys should give lessons on customer service!!

Francis Ferguson was my salesperson. First, I can’t say thank you enough for Joel Sheppard’s commitment to customer satisfaction. After several service calls by the kindest and most patient servicemen, it became apparent I needed to re-select some furniture. Francis was informative and SO patient with my daughter and I as we looked at many pieces of furniture. Her professional opinion was valuable! Thank you again for all your assistance!

The whole experience was truly very easy and effortless. The sales associates were quick to help us and one another and made the entire process very easy for us to choose furniture room by room. Was fortunate enough to have an earlier delivery then originally anticipated. The guys were very polite and quick to get the furniture brought in and assembled. And placed to our liking. Can't thank them enough for the ease and care shown to get every thing in We will be back and probably today to get some more furnishings. The entire crew listened to us and our thoughts of what we wanted and delivered a great experience . Thanks again!!

After choosing Virginia Furniture Market and purchasing an awesome (and large) sectional sofa, I decided to have it delivered. I cannot explain how thankful I am that I did. In fact, the 2 men that brought the sofa amazed me with their determination and patience because the hallway leading to my family room is a bit narrow. After getting 3 of the pieces in, which took some doing and thought, 1 piece remained. Honestly, I thought it was not going to happen, even as hard as they were trying, but after taking a moment, they figured it out! It was brilliant! So, as pleased as I was to buy the sofa, it would have meant little without the 2 movers. They made a great VFM experience even better, so grateful for them both.

My recent experience purchasing furniture from VFM in Rocky Mount was outstanding. My salesperson, Carrie, was very knowledgeable, honest and patient as I explored the many options available. Once I narrowed down my choices, Carrie offered a feature-benefit analysis for each. She clearly knew the products, financing options, warranties and delivery options available. The entire transaction was very smooth except for the unexpected about of time required to complete the final paperwork. This was due to computer issues and certainly out of Carrie's control. The store manager also introduced himself and thanked me for my business. I would definitely seek out Carrie to help me with any future purchases - she was fabulous!
