I had so much fun looking at all the treasures here. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality selection they offered. Their customer service was spectacular as well. Tabitha was attentive without hovering (perfect). This place will definitely be on my list of favorite places to go!

After disappointment with the furniture  stores in Roanoke, we visited Blue Ridge Marketplace.  We were greeted at the door by a friendly and welcoming salesman, French.  Even though it was near closing time there was no rush.  French happily measured and searched for additional chairs and filled my many requests, including lying on a table in his red shirt (the same color of my prized bowl) to show how it would look on the dining room table.  After making a decision, he was agreeable to negotiating a good deal for us.  The furniture was just delivered by well mannered, respectful and competent young men.  I will definitely be visiting Blue Ridge Market :Place for all of my furniture needs.

I enjoy the expansiveness of the Marketplace, the clear organization and staging, and the variety and quality of the items.  I appreciate being able to walk through the various areas at my own pace, yet having personnel on hand when needed to answer questions.

The warehouse, the outlet, and the mall personnel coordinate with each other with the goals of making sure the the customer understands each step of a purchase and making the process as convenient as possible for the customer.  I appreciate this very much.  I have been very pleased with the service and purchases I have made at VA Furniture.  As a customer,  whether purchasing or just looking, I have always been treated with utmost respect from the beginning until the end of each visit.  Thank you for your service.

Always a pleasure shopping at VFM Outlet. The sales team is helpful but still gives you space to shop. Reggie was wonderful in helping me review the available inventory and make a decision on my new furniture. Thank you for having great customer service!

My husband and I have been shopping for furniture, rugs, lamps, and accessories since moving to Virginia eight years ago. Ref and French at the Outlet location as well as Bob and Sheila at the larger store down the highway, have always assisted us with finding what we're searching for and handling the purchase with ease. 
Prices are always attractive, more than competitive, and selection of merchandise almost overwhelming. There are usually very good additional discounts on mirrors, paintings, lamps, and misc. The staff and we are on a first-name basis and it feels like a relaxed atmosphere with never, ever any pressure to buy! We enjoy going in to browse ever three or four weeks and usually find something special to buy for ourselves or as a gift.
