Was trying to depart to Denver after a storm came through. Buses running late and one couldn't be found, Ralph ( greyhound employee) was amazing he kept everyone updated and told people if they have any issues tomorrow ( as some people chose to leave the next day ) that he could be personally called and would do everything he could to make sure people where on the buses. He was happy and helpful and stayed in constant contact with dispatch. Made waiting and trying to figure out what to do much better for everyone. He is an amazing employee

Not worth the time and money. Employees are rude and in every transfer the buses were delayed by 3 or four hours, and ended at my destination 20 hours later than it should. My best advice " DON'T USE GREYHOUND".

I will never use this station again. If I have to go this way I'll use Amtrak. The guy that works there was horrible and made my daughter cry. Then I sat and watched him make fun of a person who was handicap then after that he refused to help them. Shame on you Greyhound for allowing this gentleman to continue to work at this station. I see why people over here advised me not to use the bus because of this station. Horrible and disgraceful. I'd give it a minus 10 if it was possible.

Apparently ten minutes means an hour and half here.... Not using greyhound again after the second time grand junction proved to be a terribly awful station. I could express my loathing for greyhound enough. Go Amtrak or book a flight in advance and save money and most of all THE HASSLE

Be careful because the station is right next to a rough biker type bar & it's not safe in the parking lot. Both times i was there, I was harassed by scary people who were coming & going from the bar entrance. The second time, 3 men & a woman blocked the back of my car so I couldn't back out. They were laughing and taunting me. Only pretending to call 911 made them leave. I know someone who had a worse experience. He arrived at the station early before it opened for the 2am bus. Someone tried to rob him and he had to run to the police station. Another person I know said they also arrived for a middle of the night bus and was waiting for it to open when he was harassed by 2 prostitutes that appeared to be homeless and on drugs. They even demanded to look in his bags to prove he had no money as he said & he had a hard time getting rid of them. Oh & one last thing to complain about...they buses don't run on time. I don't mean they're off by a little, I mean they can be off by hours on end. I waited for a bus 6 hours past my ticket's departure time last time I was there..
