Pretty good station. Vending machines and an ATM there. The station is in the downtown so there are other places like a coffee shop/ sandwich place down the street if you have time to wait. The bathrooms need to be renovated or updated because the stalls are small and layed out badly for a person with a suitcase.

Security young guard was very good at keeping place in order. But he was a very cocky in doing so. Upset quite a few people. Otherwise pretty quiet. The womens bathroom & out side the Southside entry ways were filthy with trash. My Fiancé share with me the mens bathroom had HUGE wholes in stall walls not covered for from customer safety.

Rude staff. Had to stay another night because my bus departed before getting to the GJ station. 

Dealt with the same staff of three or four separate occasions. Buses were frequently late, and there is no comfortable place to sit down. Another absolutely germ-ridden place. Restrooms are un maintained. 

Two stars because they can accommodate. Pretty bad otherwise
