NEVER again will myself of my family use greyhound buses. My baby sister booked a trip from Nebraska to Texas to visit some family and friends. She was stranded in kansas city waiting for a bus for EIGHT hours. Mind you this was in the middle of the night from 10pm to 6am when someone was able to pick her up to bring her back home. This is absolutely ridiculous and shouldn't happen to anyone especially a young girl and in the middle of the night. What a scary experience for her to go through. This company should be ashamed of themselves!
One would think the Greyhound bus station would be open so you can sit inside but I have to wait 4 hours outside in the freezing cold today. I'm not very happy about this. I don't understand why these bus stations are never open.
Driver has very bad attitude like a hell bus always late never be on time if you are taking railway you mix up for your schedule next one
Quiet no noise..good personal.nice place
From the outside it appear to be relatively Clean but the rating really came from the arrow express bus it was absolutely the nicest bus I have ever been on and that's comparing it to greyhound and the megabusI wish I would have taken photos. It was Super clean and very impressive to say the least.
I worked at Greyhound for 5 yrs but had never rode the bus. I seen drivers who were happy to see me. The trip was cool until I came back, had a run in with Security about my ticket which was in the bottom of my purse. I was waiting for city bus to start at 6:00 ended up dumping my whole purse just to show my ticket. I had just rode 30 hours on the road. Another security guard had gotten terminated that same morning.
Greyhound has to be one of the worst in customer service. I sat 3 days in a terminal that closed at 12:30 am. And reopened at 4:30am there for I had to sleep outside in the cold. Mind you this had nothing to do with it being my fault. The young lady at the greyhound desk charged my ticket wrong and had to reissue the ticket the caused a hold on my account. Once I finally got it straightened out. I leave Denver and go all the way to a mob
Clean, quiet, stop and go place close to the Interstate. Great parking lot with plenty of room. The building has an overhanging canopy so busses can drive through and passengers can stay dry. Very utilitarian, but it meets the need and is located in an area where other transportation business es trucking companies are prevalent.
Not bad...but,much like many of the bus stations nationally need a facelift n a streamline in the routes displayed n boarding process
The bus stop in Lincolnton, nc, was a street stop. Not clearly marked. Most of the businesses could not help as far as identifying where a person would go. What would a person do in a heavy rain storm or a very hot day. Not even a seating area or covering. Just go to Charlotte, nc. It is safer.
