Rented a car over the Holidays.  Check out agent was friendly and lines were not too long.  Agent helped us upgrade to a larger vehicle which was needed because of unexpected extra luggage and the process was quick and easy.  Additionally, we were easily able to change the return location over the phone to another nearby airport after a flight cancellation and rescheduling due to the storms.  Returning the car was quick and easy and the charges were accurate.  Overall a very positive experience during a busy time.  The only thing that would have made it better would be an option to by-pass the check-out desk for Alamo preferred members with a confirmed reservation and go straight to the car like some other agencies have but given the price difference and quality of service this was not a huge loss in this instance.

We are alamo insiders who like the quality of service most of your front line staff provides.

With rare exceptions, there are no people there who see your need for a vehicle from the company they represent, as an opportunity to exercise power. We like the kiosks,  and the time they save. The kiosk attendants are always helpful. 

Although we always do price comparisons, Alamo remains the first place we look before we look elsewhere. 

We like that that you find creative loyal Alamo customers such as the free upgrades, and the ability to pick your car within its class. We

Alamo is the only car rentals place we trust. Awesome service always. Thanks for being honest company. (There car rentals places like Enterprise rental ☹️😖who have scammed many customers. Great service with no issues. There was a final price conflict at the return line which was taken care of immediately without having to spend time trying to find someone or go anywhere else. I've had issues with some of the cheap rental companies that aren't well known but have always had good luck with Alamo.

Still a problem using Canadian licenses at the kiosks. Was supposed to be fixed a year ago. HOWEVER they did take us to the desk without having to line up.  Pick up was great but due to low lighting in the garage we did not notice the inside of the car was dirty until we were well on our journey. When we returned the car we told the on site manager and he looked after us more than satisfactorily.  We always use Alamo now, used to use Avis. Price and service superior!
