One of my favorite trails to hike.   The whole Trail is shaded. Some people get in the water here but it's really cold. As you hike down the trail you see huge trees. One of the huge trees is hollowed out and you can get really cool pictures there. There is a rope swing midway down the path where you can swing into the water.
