Beautiful park with a nature trail, fishing and walking the dam. Its open until sunset which makes it perfect for watching the sunset. The water side of the dam faces east and creates a beautiful visual canvas. You can spend hours here and admire one of the. Kst beautiful parts of Texas.

Beautiful view and a great place to swim for adults. If you have children bring life jackets because there are a lot of random drop offs to very deep water.

Canyon Dam, Canyon Lake and Overlook Park are beautiful Texas treasures. We enjoyed the walk and views. Thank you!!

Great place to spend the afternoon.. the water is amazing clear and cold!! There are no shaded areas around the water so I would suggest taking a beach umbrella! The views at canyon lake are unbelievable.
