Krystal took great care of  us, from the cabin reservation,the check in even our tubes. The employees at this place are 2nd to none. We will be back next summer. Even our dogs had a great time.

Waited an hr paid for bands then was told no more tubes. There was a big lady with red hair that was very rude & in my opinion should not belong in customer service. After waiting an hr for bands had to wait another hr for tubes to return. I feel they should have been more apologetic than to be snappy & rude. I advise people to make another selection when considering this establishment. I will warn all my friends just as I'm warning u the general public. Make sure they have tubes available before u purchase a bad absolutely no refunds.

Getting tubes and getting on the river was easy. The pickup situation at the end of the float wasn't great. Watched multiple buses and trucks from other companies come by to pick up their floaters for about half an hour. Finally was told to get into a bus that ended up going to another place first where the driver got out for 10+ minutes to have a "pay dispute" with the business. Once back at the rental shack we were able to get both our own keys and the keys and credit card (left as a deposit) of someone else in our group, despite saying it wasn't even our card.
