I visited the store to have my plan reviewed. I wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal. The associate was professional and very helpful. He was easy to understand when explaining my agreement and why it  was the best plan for me.

After being stuck paying for a malfunctioning device and outright buying their cheapest product, a fraud case defended by technicalities from a separate location, I was sent onto the merry go round from hell that is sprints HORRIBLE customer service; where I was passed from person to person until I finally reached the highest possible resolutions department dept of cancellations and account review. Then the lady determined and dedicated to help me from international lands decided to call the manager Amy at this store since she was of no help and decided to avoid me by having the door lady tell me she was unavailable. The moment I walked out the store I could see her inside the building laughing and waving bye as to signal, "take that crap else where". When Rick called to discuss their conduct and my situation, the first associate would not access my account to review the situation with her, put her on hold and hung up on the lady. She called back a second time. They then refused to release the name of the first associate and continued to say if a customer has an issue they need to come into the store. Which I had twice today. She went ahead and filed a complaint for me against this store. Sprint has been the absolute worst service provider I've ever had the displeasure of being screwed by. I thought Verizon was bad, dear sweet baby Jesus these folks at sprint are some type of special con artist. Outright refusal of any positive customer service. Don't waste your money here. Zero stars.

To expensive for one, and the other there corporate customer service are very rude and don't work with you. I never been happy with how sprint have treated me for the past three ,four years.

Very helpful in picking out a new phone although I felt like they were trying to hustle me out of some discounts.
