I really loved my experience at this hotel! Everyone at the front desk was so nice, especially the young lady with black curly hair. I wish I could remember her name. Rooms were nice and it was the perfect distance from the convention center. I would recommend.

The level of customer service here is incredible. I have never had such s great experience at a hotel before. From the management team to the guest service agents - every interaction was a pleasant one. We even stopped by the manager’s office to let him know how impressed we were. Vashti Zawacki in particular was extremely positive and nice during every interaction we had with her. Our plane was delayed and she worked with us to make sure we got the most out of our experience. Even with all of the construction going on we had such a great time. We will be coming back for sure!

Experienced a very great stay here (last year in December). The staff takes care of issues immediately to ensure high customer-satisfaction. The breakfast was great and the room was comfortable. I came to learn this location is extremely high rated and beats others by far. I can see why. :)

NIce hotel located near the convention center and Reading Terminal. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Bar area is small but functional. Breakfast is minimal with paper goods. The neighborhood is not the greatest, but is OK. I don't think I would take a family to this location or for that matter I would only use this as a businessman's hotel.

Had a very nice stay and would stay again. Rooms are nice and clean. I do however find the hotel should grab a broom and clean up the side walks. Each business and residents needs to take more pride in their city.
