Pleasant establishment, nice rooms, clean and cozy, beautiful decor, friendly professional and attentive staff. A range of 'to go' food items in the little store in the lobby. Bar area that also serves simple food selections. Nice seating area for relaxation with books. Selection of games and pool table for enjoyment. Conference may have caused some delay in housekeeping, however they were pleasant and attentive. Small rooms, however nicely maintained. Parking price is a bit steep, not sure how it compares to other local hotels. I came visiting friends who were here for convention. Walking distance to Convention Center as well as a host of other attractions and restaurants downtown.

Beautiful modern hotel. Very trendy feeling. Great location, close to city hall and it's SEPTA hub. Room was spotless and very comfortable. I received a complementary upgrade to a bigger room with a nice desk. The bathroom was large and quite luxurious. The sliding door that separates the bathroom from the bedroom was somewhat stuck, and perhaps too trendy for me as I prefer a very solid door between my sleeping area and my toilet. We did not eat at Re:fuel or drink at the bar, but both seemed nice.

Honestly this hotel tries pretty hard to be "cool" with artsy style furniture and decor and while not all of it lands, it mostly works. It feels classy for the price point and it's just generally enjoyable. I would stay here a million times over an average chain. I think the reason it works is because they back it up with quality amenities - the gym is in a bank vault which is gimmicky but they have good equipment and cool features like watching an exotic hike in the screen while you're on cardio equipment. Great experience.

The people at the front desk we're the nicest and they had many games including giant janga and pool. The rooms were cool and definitely had a modern but lofty vibe and the lobby was amazing and great for you people. It was also built in an old bank

Beautiful hotel with a great staff! The hotel is brand new and you can tell. It was previously a hotel and the vault is still there and accessible to the guests. The hotel is dog friendly and you can beat the location. The Reading Terminal is two blocks within more food options than you can imagine. This is definitely the hotel I'm choosing for each visit.
