My room was very small but otherwise I didn't have an issues. Didn't interact too much with the staff. It was clean, kind of old and not much in the way of amenities. There was some interesting features like the cold water dispenser on each floor. The gym was alright also. All in all a good stay.

Great hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. Usually by far the best rate in Philly but it’s been booked so much lately I haven’t stayed in a few months. Some of the rooms (and bathroom) can be on the small side but it’s always clean and comfy. And you can’t be the location- especially at their prices.

I stay in a lot of hotels with work and this is one of my favorite ones in the country. If you've been to a club quarters elsewhere you know what you will get. Great service a lounge area with a great coffee machine that makes excellent espresso and cappuccino. Snacks and sodas also available. The rooms are small but have everything you need and as always with this brand the location is excellent. Shopping, history, bars, restaurants, anything you could want outside the front door. 2 blocks from the beautiful city hall building.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay here! Excellent service! Comfy bed. Bar in lobby. Free sparkling water. Conveniently located in city center and access to airport train via Suburban station just a few blocks away.

We are leaving tomorrow after 7 days. It has been a wonderful experience. Staff is friendly , catering to every guest. Many thanks to Danielle, John, and entire front desk staff. We will certainly return on our next visit.
