Found the staff to be friendly and attentive, check in and out fast. Parking both self and valet easy and convenient. Elevators that do not need room key (friendly security is posted in elevator area), are fast without much wait both from parking garage and to rooms. Did not get opportunity to use pool, fitness facilities, room service, on site dining/bar. Only disappointment is on site steakhouse closed years ago. Will be staying here again.

Great staff, responsive to requests, polite, good follow through. There was a slight odor of mildew in bathroom. I could not accept the first room assignment as the odor of mildew was overwhelming. The shower head sprayed as much water up as it did down. Decor was old and tired, a bit shabby. Bed and bed linen were very comfortable. Overall I would say time for a makeover.

Junior suite provided a great area to have friends join us to chat. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Only issue was the ac didn't get into the small living room/sitting area. Great location, close to everything.

Pretty decent hotel with friendly staff. Rooms could be updated. Air conditioner is very good. Never ran out of hot water, in fact it was difficult to get actually cold water. The view from our 15th floor room was amazing. Parking is expensive, park across the street for $22 a night instead. Unfortunately, I question the safety of this place as I was woken up at 4AM to the sound of a woman crying/screaming in the hallway being yelled at by a man to shut up. The night prior I was woken up around 3AM to a man yelling about calling the police on someone. Not sure if this is a good/safe area for tourists.

I used the Sheraton parking garage because it was a good price for center city when using the Parking Panda app. The garage was fairly clean for a garage. I did use the hotel lobby to access the main street, and all staff members were very friendly.
