They took great care of my mom after her total knee replacement, I liked the fact that the didn't just let her stay in bed, she had to get up and move her leg. 4 hours of pt throughout the day! Now she's out and uses a lot of the maneuvering techniques to help her get around easier. She said the food tasted home cooked and was lovely. The nursing staff was fantastic and she was actually sad to leave them because she would miss them!. But fear not, she's will be back when they do her other knee in 3 to 6 months! Lol

They gave my mother excellent care. The staff took care of all of her needs

I was very confident with the staff (all of them) that they met all my husbands needs. Infact, so much so that we chose them twice for in house care, and would do it again.

Please educate the Lady name Lilly shes very rude on the phone. Shes very negative. She needs more training how to answer and be nice and helpful on the phone

Horrible place; My mother stayed here for less than a week after some major surgery she had on her cervical vertebrae. Most nurses here are awful and clueless, especially the registered nurses. Some of the nurse assistants are tolerable. You have to share a bathroom with another patient, and the other patient in her case was gross and didn't clean up after themselves. Also, my mother is constantly in pain unless she's in pain meds. The nurses here are so caught up with themselves that my mother always received her medication an hour later her scheduled time, so half the time, her pain level was at 10. She even cried sometimes the pain was too much too bare just because these people couldn't focus on their jobs. After less than a week, my mother was discharged with prescriptions for pain medication. However, the approval was sent in only the day after she was released, so all of the prescriptions were a day late. My mother went 48 hours without any proper pain medication, when just a week earlier, some vertebrae in her spine had to be replaced. The only tolerable person in the whole rehab hospital was Nick, her case manager. He helped her explain what to do and who to turn to. If your loved one or friend is being transferred to a rehabilitation hospital, I URGE you NOT to pick this one.
