I have owned Ford vehicles for 28 years. I purchased a brand new 2012 Mustang GT and was provided one key. Just found out these Fords have a MyKey feature that, if activated, limits many functions of the vehicle (speed, radio volume, seatbelt, etc). Somehow it activated on my car and the only possible way to deactivate it is with another key. They stated I would have to pay $400 for another key that I should have received with purchase. I paid $40,000 and should have been given a spare key, especially with a feature such as this. The customer service didn’t care what I had to say, he was rude and assured me I received two keys. I’d like to know who has possession of the other key to my car because it sure isn’t myself. This will be my last Ford purchase and I would NEVER recommend anyone to this particular dealer. They got their money, that’s all they cared about.

It WAS an awesome transaction until, they kept losing all my additional stuff. My spare key my books my manual. 2 months ive had this car while waiting and calling and fighting to get what is owed to me. Never would i do this again. Should have listened to others.

Stoped on my way to ocean city when my 20k mile f-150 broke down because my fuel pump went.. they made me pay for my own rental because it wasn’t a ford vehicle. They said they would detail my truck because I had to pay for my own rental and they didn’t.. lousy service and horrible management never again will I own a ford and if I do I’ll watch it burn before I ever even think of taking it there

Purchased a new Ford Explorer for my wife in November of 2017 from Richard Shive it was a pleasurable experience all around. Went back to look at used trucks in March 2018 and met again with Richard  and he went above and beyond trying to find what I was looking for. Even though we didn't find what I was looking for I can only appreciate the honesty and effort Richard and the rest of the Hertrich staff put out trying to find what I was looking for (not there fault). It say's a lot about a dealership when they go above and beyond to answer any questions even though I didn't find what I was looking for. This is a great dealership to work with all around and would be my first stop when buying any vehicle in the future. We have made two purchases with them in the past and see more in the future. Thank You Richard and the rest of the Hertich staff for being one of the great dealerships out there. You separate yourself from some of the others I tried to deal with and go above and beyond what it expected even if you don't make a sale.

My husband and I had the best experience buying our new Ford Focus here. Vito was a great salesman who was incredibly nice and patient with all of our questions. They all worked with us to find the best deal and we couldn't be happier. We also had the pleasure of meeting the GM Mr. Starkey, and he too proved to be extremely nice and very helpful. Thank you all for such a great car buying experience, and for a great deal and a fabulous car.
