I was just in a car accident and my car was a total loss. I came to Toyota thinking I wasn’t going to get approved for a car but why not try. I had Danny and he did an amazing job helping me find something I loved. I’m so happy that everyone at Toyota was able to help me get a car. Even after I left and things weren’t in price range for the car I was looking at, they kept working to help get me the car. And I’m now a proud owner of a 2018 Toyota Corolla. Everyone is so friendly. And they work their hardest to get you the car you love. Thanks Koons and Danny and Loren!

First time in car dealership in 21 yrs. Everybody was super friendly which made things a lot easier. My salesman was Bill Thompson and it was a pleasure to deal with him. Also Heather in finance explained all my options clearly so I knew exactly what I was getting into. I'm sure when this one is paid off I'll be heading back there for the next one. If you're in the market for something you should definitely check them out.

Got a great deal on exactly the car I wanted. Easy negotiations. Ben, my salesman was funny and helpful even though I can tend to take a long time to come to a decision he was patient and informative. The financial part was low pressure and straightforward.  They should all get a cookie!

Ty is wonderful. She is very friendly and helpful when I called the night before as well as when I was there the next morning to test drive. She gave me an honest price and did not involve me in price haggling. Although I did not take the vehicle in the end, I would recommend Ty to everybody who is shopping for a used car. She is the probably the most helpful salesperson I have met during my vehicle search.

Let me start by saying, anyone who knows me will tell you that I am difficult to please.  When it comes to car buying, I'm even worse (hey, it's a lot of money for most of us).  I went through no fewer than 5 Toyota dealerships prior to visiting Koons Toyota in Easton, MD.  By the time I walked through their door, I was already more than a little frustrated.

Unfortunately, the first time I visited, they did not have the car I wanted (I'm picky and I don't compromise well) and were unable to obtain it at the time.  I knew that the car I wanted was rare and there weren't many if any available in the area.  So, I left and started exploring other options.

A few weeks later, I get an email from my salesman Marcus, telling me that the car I wanted just rolled off a trailer and onto their lot.  He even sent me pictures and the sticker listing all of the features so I could be sure.  Then I got a phone call from the sales manager Chris, and not only did they have the car I wanted (which nobody else within 3 hours drive did) they gave me an awesome price!

Ask any Toyota dealership in Delaware and they will tell you, I'm impossible to please, but Koons did it.  Not only did they get me the car I wanted, and at a price you couldn't beat, their customer service was great.  Everyone I dealt with was courteous, and helpful without being too pushy.  I showed up at 6:30 on a Friday night and drove off in a new car less than two hours later (pretty fast when you consider all of the paperwork involved).

Do yourself a favor, if you're looking to buy a new car, stop in and talk to these folks, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.  They've certainly earned my repeat business and my friends' and family's as well.
