Do NOT trust the service department. They blatantly lie and falsify measurements to push service that your car does not need. 

About a month ago, my girlfriend's Mazda6 was booked at Fitzgerald for recall work. Having recently moved to Annapolis, this was our first experience with Fitzgerald. 

A few hours after dropping the car off, she got a call from the service department. They told her that the car's brakes were shot and required immediate replacement. They cited the front pad thickness at 2mm and the rear pad thickness at 3mm. They also stated that the rotors were too thin to be salvaged and needed to be replaced. All for safety, of course, they wouldn't want her causing a wreck because of her failing brakes. 

They quoted her an OTD price of around $1,500. ($1,500 for a brake job, lunacy.)

The price was incredibly high, so I took the car back. They gave me a receipt highlighting "0% LIFE LEFT" and writing the brake measurements, encouraging me not to drive my unsafe car. 

The rotors visually looked fine and the brakes felt okay, but rather than jack around with another mechanic I went ahead and ordered the parts online ($237) to do all four wheels. 

Today (after three weeks of driving with no noise or shudder from the brakes) I took the wheels off to complete the brake job.  Guess what I found? The front pads are just shy of 4mm, the rear pads 5mm. All were wearing evenly. The rotors have no scoring and are wearing evenly as well.  Are they reaching the end of their life? Yes. Are they at the stated measurement with 0% life? Absolutely not. 

They outright lied to push a wildly expensive brake job on a car that didn't yet need it.  Do NOT trust this dealership to be honest about what your car needs.

My wife and I came by a month or so ago to test drive a Mazda CX-5, and Anthony Johnson was our sales person. He was absolutely fantastic about letting us test drive the car, answering all our questions, and making us feel like this was the right place to buy.

We told him up front we're waiting until August as we have a car right now, but he still was super helpful throughout the whole process. The car was awesome, so we know that's what we will get and thanks to Anthony we know where we will go to get it!

Our sales representative, Jake, was very attentive to our priorities and interests.  He was also fully knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at, and his  explanations were clear and informative.  In addition, he was perfectly courteous and fully professional.  The process was smooth.  I can recommend Jake as well as the dealership without reservation.

Purchased a new Mazda here in 2014.  Attracted to this dealer originally due to proximity to home.  Comparison shopping at the time indicated the No Haggle price was about as good as I could do anywhere.  Now I live closer to another dealer (who may be fine) but I have found Fitz to be consistently good. Since I like the idea of only one dealer touching the car, I continue to return to Fitz.
