WOW! Anthony Jones did a fantastic job in locating my "DREAM" TOYOTA 4Runner ( Annapolis). My grown children were with me, and from start to finish Anthony was customer focused. His guidance, product knowledge, and attention to detail were invaluable. The test drive sealed the deal. I have been purchasing cars since 1963 and this has been my best experience. Anthony contacted me after the sale to make sure all was well. A few days later Anthony went out of his way to meet me when my accessories were being installed. Thank You Anthony!

Andy did a great job working with us to find the right vehicle. It took us about 3 weeks to figure out what we wanted, and he stayed patient with us through the process. At the end of it all, it was really nice to buy a certified 4runner as nice as the one we did. I did tons of shopping throughout my area, and checked KBB as well, and their price was very competitive. They even threw in some all weather floor mats for us (great touch). I've bought cars from other places in Annapolis before, but this experience was far superior.

My wife and I have never had a more pleasant car buying experience in our 43 years of marriage. Our salesman, Neal, was friendly, gracious, knowledgeable, and affirming of our questions and concerns and gave us plenty of thinking space in order for us to make the right decision for us. We never felt pressured and appreciate that so much! Alex, the financial advisor, was also competent, helpful and friendly. He helped us make a wise decision in how best to finance our purchase. We are past owners of Toyota cars and are proud to be driving new one today. Thanks, Annapolis Toyota, for making the time we spent with you so enjoyable! We can't wait to drive our new Rav4!

Follow up and support is more important than the Sale. Anyone can sell most anything if they try. A good product helps in the sale. However customer support and follow up is the elements needed to create repeat business. Alex, our agent followed up with some needed information via e-mail within hours after the sale. As a direct result of that action, Alex and Koons Toyota of Annapolis, now have a repeat customer. Alex you have both the demeanor and right touch to be an outstanding sales agent.. Neil Barrett just orchestrated for me the best car purchasing experience in my entire life. He is highly professional, well informed, low key, and focused on customers' needs. The test drive was incredibly informative and helped me to decide to purchase the 2018 RAV4 Hybrid. At every step in the process, Neil answered my questions, provided viable options, and allowed me to make informed decisions based on valid information. All of this was accomplished effortlessly and efficiently. Brad Michael handled the final paperwork most effectively and in a timely and efficient manner. Like Neil, he explained options to me in a low key professional manner which allowed me to make informed final decisions. To conclude, I can only give my highest praise to the expertise and professionalism of the staff at Koons Annapolis Toyota.
