Beside that their prices are very competitive compared to their competitors, employees are nice and they provide clients with good products. Just I wanted to mention as well one important thing : if your car is a bit scratch when you deliver it then they are very tolerant at this matter. No hidden fees on your credit card after you leave the place.  Thanks guys

The line was short when we arrived and the agent helped us get our rental setup quickly. The car was in great shape and worked wonderfully. No complaints here.

The place is conveniently located with transportation from the airport. Fast and modern BUT their employees push to get you in a more expensive car and they just don’t let go. We had a reservation and all and instead of just giving us the car the guy started “searching” for available cars and started mentioning different cars. Not knowing better we didn’t stop him right away and then he started talking about cars three times the price of the one we reserved!
Once we told him that we wanted to stick to our reservation STILL he pushed us to a more expensive car. They just don’t let go!
A shameful practice that speaks poorly of the company and their staff. If you rent from them RIGHT OUT THE BAT just tell them to stick to your reservation! Don’t let them start with the friendly small talk, otherwise you will end paying more!

Well run, massive complex. Free bus service from here to airport is awesome! A little tricky to find the entrance but once you do it's a well oiled machine for dropping off and picking up your vehicle.

Fantastic experience. I had a good selection of cars to choose from, a very helpful person assisting me, and best of all, when I returned the car, they drove me in that car to the airport. We did not have to transfer to a shuttle bus. Traveling with my Mom who is in a wheelchair made this much easier for us. Class act!!!
