Very friendly and enthusiastic staff.  The office was very busy when I arrived but yet tge staff greeted me and acknowledged that I had entered and informed me that they would assist me shortly.  Great experience! !!

Good location friendly staff. When I'm in town for work I rent from this location. They pick me up at the hotel and drop me off at the end of my rental period no fuss or anything. Sometimes they are low on inventory of cars not their fault and if your a good location what do you expect..cars are always clean and ready to go and typically pretty new.

Worst Service Ever!  I've been trying to receive my deposit back from them for weeks with no luck.  They also charged insurance fees which I did not authorize.  The Manager, Carlos, was horrible and rude when I asked for a copy of the contract that he alleges I signed he refused to provide that.  He started yelling at me and I had to hang up on him because he wouldn't even listen to me. I've emailed them, I've called them 6 times, my insurance company who referred me to them has called them as well.  No response other than someone from corporate will get back to you.  On top of it, the car was dirty and smelled horrendous when I picked it up but I had to get to work so I took the car.  When I informed them the car smelled like a dead animal they didn't seem to care.  I'm not asking for anything but the money that was never refunded on the deposit and the overcharges for insurance that I never authorized.  It's not rocket science.   You would think a company as big as Enterprise could resolve this in minutes.  I waited over a week to write this review.  If they would have handled this correctly, I wouldn't have wasted my time or energy even though the car was disgusting.   I will never rent from them again.  Beware of the overcharges on your account at the Lytton St. office and stay away from Carlos.

We went to the Lyton Street Enterprise to pick up our vehicle in December for a Holiday trip, we had pre booked a car in advance just to make things easier. We were told that the car we booked was not available so we would be stuffed into a Mini Truck with no cover or Tarp for the trunk. I was upset of course and told them we needed the car that was pre booked, online. Our Christmas Gifts and luggage will fall out the back of the truck on the 8 hr drive, we would not be able to leave the truck un attended because some one will reach into the back and grab our Christmas Gifts/ Luggage not to mention if there is fog, wich there was , everything would be wet. 

The guy said " well people didnt bring there cars back on time..soooo this is what we have right now"  He had the attitude ..well too bad...I said "Excuse Me ? Its your responsibility to have the cars that are booked on line not the customers." He actually grinned at me because I was angry , why this was funny , Im not so sure but He patronized me until I assured him that  a corporate complaint would be made if we were not able to drive Up North for Christmas. I was past mad by now because our Family plans might have to change if we had to wait till the next day for another car. 

Do these people understand that we book hotels and make plans in advance to travel for the holidays? Do they comprehend  that if you cant get you car on time that effects your check in times at Restraunts , Hotels, ect? I guess not ...what I was very frustrated with was ..A lady who came into the Enterprise office After we did ..Yes I Said AFTER we did, got a Fullsize car no problem.So why were we being stuffed into a Mini Truck? Plus there were 2 other Cars sitting on the lot ...uh what?  Im not sure what game he was trying to play ....but we are return customers...thats what most Companies want..Loyalty.

He finally gave us an SUV that was on the lot that had been Prebooked for the next day but he complained about having to fork over the car, he actually complained ,made a comment about the other customers having to wait, he  acted as if we were doing something wrong ...as if we were messing up someone elses pre booking. Umm What about Our Pre Booking? 
Yeah we booked a Full Sized vehicle in advance ...mister pass the buck...grow up , be professionel, Its Not the customers falt your not doing your job...its your responsibility to have the cars that are Pre Booked and if Enterprise on Lytton Street cant handle this type of service then speak to corporate about changing the Pre booking for such a Small Lot. I ignored his whining as it is really not my problem that he was un prepaired for customers. 

IF YOU BOOK HERE....Go in The day before to Fill Out Information when you are at Enterprise filling out forms, remind The Agents of your Pre booking , have them look it up online and tell them what time youll be in the next day to pick up the car ..if you are picking up that day...Call EARLY to make sure they know what car you have Prebooked on the website ,tell the Agents what time you will be picking the car up  , get there a bit early to fill out The Paperwork, but make sure you Show Up 2 hrs before Enterprise closes incase they still dont have your Pre Booked vehicle, the Agents can call the other lots to get a car .

 We had no problems turning the car in after the trip and getting back our deposit , that is why I gave them 2 stars.

These guys are so helpful. I have needed to rent a vehicle almost every month for the past 3 months. They are super helpful in getting not just a vehicle but a car that I need.
