Do not even think of using this rental car company. They are a rip off. Their cars are unsafe , dirty and smelly. The car they rented me stink like smoke. The tires were unsafe, there was a huge hole in the driver seat. The bumpers front and rear clearly showed signs of being in an accident. I left with the car after an eight hour flight but returned it the very next morning. The co I rented from Horizon Rental car was closed so the other co who uses the hole in wall office toon the car back. They refused to return the money they charged to my credit card. The office is in a horrible part of town and the guys in the office are far from people you want to do business with.

Terrible experience! Confirmation number in hand, I was informed that they have no cars and I was out of luck. They would not work with me to secure another car from a different company.
