Do not under any circumstances ever make a reservation here! This is an independently operated Hertz office and it doesn't honor any aspects of gold status or higher. It's one person sitting behind a counter handling everything from reservations over returns to cleaning the cars. Well, that is if she isn't at lunch which seems to be most of the time. I booked a pick-up service at a different location and had a bad feeling about it. So I showed up to the counter earlier than my reservation time just to learn that she neither has a car for me, nor does this location do pick-ups. Had I not shown up I would still be waiting to get picked up. Don't bother calling their number either. I tried ten times and never got anything else than a machine. Just avoid this place.

Horrible experience. Vehicle was towed from emerald bay, tow yard needed a representative to release vehicle. They knew nothing, very uneducated in their business and policies, acted as if we had all the time and money in the world. Horrible service. My review would be in the negatives if possible. Enterprise is the way to go. Enterprise,com for your rental needs and no I dont work for enterprise lol true story

Took our money on a booking. No cars,  no service. Tried several times. Had to wait hours for anyone to turn up from 2 in the afternoon.
Telephone service tried to charged us to cancel when they wouldn't give us the car we paid for.

Booked a car for 1130 am to get to the airport and the only attendant was on lunch from 1030 to noon. He forgot to forward the phone and there was a line of upset people upon his arrival. This location needs some management help.
