I love Hertz.  They always give such awesome service and the cars are great.

One of the other local rental car companies didn't treat me like Hertz on my last rent. I pre-paid (don't do this. They will keep your money even if they can't help you) for a rental and when I arrived the car was smaller than I reserved. I pointed that out and they then offered an even smaller car (chevy cruze). So I  asked for a next level up and she responded with a  $55 upgrade fee for two days. The original car was a 2916 Hyundai Elantra but they offered a Toyota Corolla (not the same legroom in the rear). We needed something for four tall adults at that time and left with nothing. Hertz told what I would be getting and that's what I left with. It was cheaper than b^>
