The rental we were given had trash left inside of it. We reserved and paid for an intermediate car and ended up with a compact car.

Really took great care of me. I'm blown away by how easy the entire process was, from start to finish. In the car in less than 5 minutes. Fantastic vehicle, wonderful people. Thank you Enterprise! (Month long rental, called consecutive weeks to extend, super simple process).

I rented a vehicle from the Shawnee Enterprise & was helped by the Manager. Her name was Debra & she was great. She was very nice & well informed. Gave me the best rate she could. She estimated the mileage I would use on my trip & was right on. She came within 12 miles, on the low side of what she allowed me, so I didn't have to pay any more than the price she quoted me. There was a mix up on the vehicle that I was suppose to get, but to make it right she upgraded me to a higher class vehicle. While the color of the vehicle was a little to be desired, it was very nice & clean & drove very well. She showed me all the features & how they worked before I left, which I thought was very nice. I was pleased with my overall experience with Enterprise & will definitely use them in the future for my traveling needs. I even became a "Enterprise Plus Member"!! Thanks for the great service.

Scheduled a reservation at noon, got to the location at noon and no one was there, airport staff said the locked up  "a few minutes ago".
