Worse rental car experience ever.  Will never rent anything from this location again.  Staff were very rude, unprofessional, and incompetent.  Rental car was not even road legal therefore, we lost time, money and effort on our vacation. I would rate this location zero stars out of four, but you have to give them one star to post a review.

This rental situation has been a terrible experience. This location does not answer telephone calls. Their internet has been down for weeks. They did not have a car for me for 2 hours even though I booked my car online days in advance. ( We went in person, but they had no internet to do the booking.) I had to wait. They double billed my credit card, after I pre-paid, they charged me again after I returned my car. Do not use these people. We will use Budget or Enterprise in the future.

Set up reservation for a Ford Focus. We showed up on time to find out they had not 1 car for us to rent even though we had a reservation number in hand. Steve Smith told us if we needed a car to drive to Midwest City location and get one. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I called corporate office on this guy. He was too busy trying to talk over me, than to listen to what I had to say. DON'T USE HERTZ ON HARRISON ST!!!!!!!!!!!

horrible NOT SATISFIED!! THEY DONT SHOW UP ON TIME CANT GET THEM TO ANSWER THEIR PHONES AT OFFICE  ALL AROUND EXPERIENCE IS CRAP!
