Everything was perfect till I checked my bill. Budget sent us over her because they were booked and Luis from there Miami Beach location agreed to $160. At the location he agreed to $160 as well, but I checked the papers and saw it was $200 exact. He didn’t inform us that he increased the price. Honestly it’s not about the $40 additional charge; it’s about the dishonesty and lack of integrity in work.

It was only 2-days and we got a Nissan Altima. If Luis was honest. This business would have received a 5-Star if Luis was just honest.

Otherwise the experience was good.

Rented a car for 4 days, had to extend an extra day with no hassle what so ever. Mustang convertable, best prices by far with option of free parking, pick-up and drop-off service within mid-south beach. Avis, Hertz, Sixt, could not offer same deal as for all included tolls, full coverage insurance, free parking or car availability. Great service and definitely am a repeat customer.

CRIMINALS!! NEVER AGAIN!!
They sold us an insurance without telling us. In the end it was the double of the price we usually would have payed. I asked 3 times if there's an extra fee or something but they lied to us :-(
