Finally a good car rental experience! After cancelling our car at Hertz at the airport when we were told we had to wait for three hours (!), the hotel recommended Miami Convertibles. The owner himself delivered not only the Chevrolet convertible to the hotel, but also a SUV that he offered us for free if we choose it (since they had high demand for the convertibles). Coming back to Miami after three days in Key West, the owner himself picked up the car at the hotel. This is service at its absolute best! Incredible service-John is great!! So friendly, informative and accommodating to my ever-changing plans. The car was up to date, clean, and came with a gps got my convenience. I would most definitely refer them to all my friends and I can’t wait to use them again.

My friends and myself rented a mustang and we had a blast! Great cars and the employe Leo was very helpful and explained us everything. Big thanks to the whole crew will rent definietely again!!

I have been in the hospitality industry for years and have personally recommended Miami convertibles to friends, family and hotel guests. They come through every time regardless of the situation. Great company, but even better people!
